- Full-time business and executive coach since 2000
- Over 12000 demonstrated coaching hours with clients (a prerequisite for accreditation)
- Clients from many industries, professional backgrounds and nationalities
- Coaching projects with individuals and entire management teams
- Projects on board level across Europe
- Working predominantly in Berlin, Hamburg and Prague in three languages
Education and Specific Coaching Qualifications
- Certified as Professional Coach (CAKO 2006, re-certified in 2009 and 2013)
- Complex post-graduate systemic and solution-focused training (ISZ, 5 years).
- Two-year certified specific coaching training (Extima, Prague).
- Masters degree in psychology (Hamburg University).
- Studies of economics and economic history (University College London).
- Joined the Institute of Systemic Coaching’s faculty after completing own 2-year coaching training.
- Ongoing international professional development (UK, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, South Africa) in summer schools, conferences, self-awareness workshops and through personal supervision.
